This is a fun and interesting cookbook from a couple of decades ago. The recipes are classic Pacific Northwest, and the stories are great. Kudos to Dave Atcheson for going to the trouble to republish his Dad's excellent cookbook. Buy it an you won't be disappointed!
I love to use this cook book. It is my GO-TO cook book especially when I have company! The recipes always come out flavorful and look great. They are easy to follow, fun to read, and everyone wants the recipe after dinner. It's always a fabulous dinner. Many of the recipes have become our favorite standards. Alternative ingredients are often included as well as variations on a theme. A most helpful and enjoyable recipe book.
Its a great book full of really fun recipes and interesting tidbits from the author. I really enjoyed the stories
